Herzlich Willkommen

My name is Olivia Sherman, and I am thrilled to join the Lower Campus at ICSAtlanta. This is my third year teaching in our school's German department, and I look forward to working with the families of kindergarten and first grade. I am a German native, and I was raised in a small town in Hessen, Germany. I am a mother of three, animal lover, and bibliophile.

Hi! My name is Ida Blaser, and I am the German Paraprofessional for kindergarten and first grade. I was previously a substitute teacher at ICSAtlanta.

I graduated from Emory University with a degree in German and was a Fulbright Scholar in Germany. I lived in Germany for several years (Leverkusen, Berlin, and Düsseldorf). I also have a Master’s Degree from Kennesaw State. Prior to working with children, I was an executive at a management consulting firm. In my leisure time, I like to travel, read, and spend time with my husband and two children. I am looking forward to an amazing year!
