Hello! My name is Destiny Paris-Cartwright. I graduated from Jacksonville State University in Alabama in 2022 with my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. This will be my fourth year teaching Kindergarten!
I have two cats and a bearded dragon! I enjoy reading, gardening, traveling, and spending time with my family.
I am looking forward to meeting all of my students and inspiring them to be life-long learners. Like Miss Frizzle says, in my class we "take chances, make mistakes, and get messy!"
My name is Elizabeth Baiyor (pronounced like the animal), and I am thrilled to be joining the Kindergarten team here at ICSAtlanta. For the past 13 years, I’ve had the joy of working with Georgia’s youngest students as an assistant teacher in GA Pre-K. Watching 'light bulb' moments ignite in young children is truly one of the most rewarding parts of life.
I studied early Childhood education at Kennesaw State and am now pursuing a dual degree in elementary education and special needs education at Western Governors University.
Beyond the classroom, I’m a lifelong learner—fueled by books, museums, local art markets, and my ever-expanding plant collection. Born and raised just north of San Francisco, I’ll always be a west coast girl at heart, especially when it comes to beach days.
